The Conference will be held this year in Birmingham at The Custard Factory.

The Custard Factory is based in the Creative Media & Digital Quarter of the city and is located only 500ft from Birmingham city centre and whether you’re visiting  on foot, by bus, train or car you’ll find it easily accessible. There are 3 dedicated customer car parks, Moor Street and New Street train station are close by and there are loads of bus stops to choose from.

By Car
The Custard Factory is conveinently linked to the major road networks and they hold three dedicated and secure car parks…

Gibb Street – located in the Custard Factory (some restrictions may apply on busier/ market/ event days)
Trinity Street – located opposite the Custard Factory on Heath Mill Lane
High Street - adjoining the Custard Factory off High Street Deritend
All car parks are pay and display (min 90p for 1 hour) and are security checked on a regular basis.

If you are using Sat Nav then our postcode is : B9 4AA and street name: Gibb Street. Your Sat Nav will guide you to the Custard Factory: it is then your choice of which car park you would like to use.

By Train
The Custard Factory can be easily accessed via both ‘New Street’ and ‘Moor Street’ train stations.
